Christian leaders in Ethiopia have a desire to read theological and pastoral books, but these kind of books (either written in Amharic or translated into Amharic) are rare. Even those that exist are not readily available. Many of those that are available are prohibitively expensive. GFE translates theological and pastoral literature from English into Amharic. Our first full-length book is going to press as of April, 2011! Lord-willing, it will be the first of many. We will be distributing the book to all of the Christian leaders who attend the 2011 Christian Leaders Conference in Hawassa, Ethiopia. After the conference, we will also make the book available throughout the country at a reasonable price. We hope and pray that this book will be influential and encouraging in the lives of pastors and leaders, as well as for those they lead!
