Marital status: Married (to Desalech Teshale)

Salvation experience: Desalegn was raised in a Christian family.  He heard the Gospel presented in church, finally coming to Christ personally at the age of 12.

Life and ministry experience / Present ministry: Has planted a church and served as a church service coordinator.  Is currently part of the Jesus Film team for the Wolaitta area, evangelizing, showing the film, and giving training and direction to local churches who follow-up. 

Vision for the future: Desires that each and every person would hear the Gospel.  Wants to plant more churches and to help street children.

Prayer requests:

• That he would serve the Lord to his full capacity in this generation; that God would open doors
• That God would provide opportunities for him to get training in English
• That God would bless Ethiopia spiritually and economically
• That God would provide him with a home of his own (he is currently renting)
